Never before has the relationship between indoor and outdoor living in architecture been so important. As a worldwide pandemic drove us all indoors our access to outside space has become increasingly important for our mental health and wellbeing. Architecture, when geared towards maximising this opportunity allows us to experience the comfort of being indoors with the freedom and exhilaration of the outdoors.

Based in the Cotswolds, we fully appreciate everything that our outstanding area of natural beauty has to offer and often help our clients to maximise their quality of life at home by tailoring our designs towards indoor outdoor living.

We design beautiful spaces including garden rooms with large format bi-fold doors to create a wall of glass to flood spaces with natural light, reconfiguring floor plans to maximise open plan living, including courtyards in layouts, atrium windows and continuity of materials throughout our designs such as cotswold stone, cladding and flooring.

These elements can be perfectly aligned to create a healthier, more relaxed living space which maximises our own wellbeing.
