We were involved in the early concept and detailed design stages for a new detached dwelling on a new plot of land. We produced a series of drawings and rendered visuals to showcase this new design to our clients and the Planning Authority. Planning Permission was a challenge as the plans were ambitious in scale. however, having the right team of professionals who understood the local area and had knowledge of similar project helped our design progress through the process quickly. The permissions were granted, and the Ashleigh Clarke visuals helped our clients to sell their plot of land successfully via Strutt & Parker shortly afterwards.
Ashleigh worked with us to provide a detailed design and plan for a new 4-bed house on a plot of land we had. He provided us with so many ideas and really listened to what we wanted and included this in the design. It was important to us that the new house fit in with the surroundings, Ashleigh researched this and suggested all local materials so that the new house reflected the local street view. Ashleigh then went above and beyond to help us get the planning through. He liaised with the planning department when problems arose and even spoke with local councillors to reach a positive planning decision. We are so pleased that we found Ashleigh and would definitely recommend him. We look forward to hopefully working with him again on our next project.
